UK troops wounded toll in Iraq hits 800

ALMOST 800 British soldiers have been injured in the Iraq conflict on top of the 73 troops killed, it emerged today.

New figures released by the Ministry of Defence show the toll of injured has reached 790 out of the 55,000 troops who served in the invasion and in peacekeeping efforts since.
